The Arizona Cardinals are not planning to trade edge rusher Josh Sweat, putting an end to recent speculation about his future with the team.

Despite missing the voluntary portions of the offseason program, edge rusher Josh Sweat will remain with the Arizona Cardinals. NFL Media's Ian Rapoport reports that the team will not trade Sweat, a message previously echoed by Cardinals head coach Mike LaFleur amid rumors of trade offers.

Sweat signed a four-year, $76.4 million deal with Arizona last year. During his first season with the team, he recorded 30 tackles, 12 sacks, four forced fumbles, and a fumble recovery. He is expected to build on those totals in a Cardinals uniform this fall. iwanktv.club
