Belgium 'Astonished' By FIFA Balogun Ruling

The Royal Belgian Football Association (RBFA) has expressed astonishment at FIFA's decision to declare suspended US striker Folarin Balogun eligible for their round of 16 match. According to the RBFA, Article 66.4 of the FIFA Disciplinary Code clearly states that a red card should result in a one-match suspension.
