Kirkwood Wins Freedom 250 in DC

American driver Kyle Kirkwood claimed victory in the Freedom 250 Grand Prix, leading 128 of 147 laps on a Washington D.C. circuit featuring Pennsylvania Avenue.

Kyle Kirkwood, driving for Andretti Global, celebrated America's 250th anniversary with a dominant performance in the Freedom 250. The American driver led the majority of laps on the 1.7-mile circuit that passed iconic landmarks including Pennsylvania Avenue and Constitution Avenue. Andretti Global had a strong showing, with Kirkwood taking the checkered flag, followed by teammates Will Power in third and Marcus Ericsson in fourth.
