"It was a crazy tough sprint and a tough race. Finishing third is fantastic. That was our goal today, but it's never easy to achieve," Stiansen told organizers after the race. The rider, who has a professional contract with Tudor team, received praise from teammate Kasper Haugland who described the bronze medal as "well-deserved and completely awesome."
